What is RaaS or Results as a Service?
Results as a Service (RaaS) is a model where what you contract is not a tool
or a project with a closing date, but a concrete business result, sustained over time. Choosing the
technology, building it, running it and keeping it alive stays on the provider’s side. The acronym
was coined by analogy with SaaS, PaaS and IaaS, and it moves the point of sale one step up: from the
program to the effect of the program.
What is the difference between SaaS and RaaS?
SaaS gives you access to a program that already exists: learning it,
configuring it, feeding it and getting value from it is still your job, and that is where most of
the real effort sits. RaaS takes on that whole chain and what it delivers is the result. Put
shortly: SaaS rents you the car, RaaS drives you to the destination.
How is it different from traditional consulting?
Classic consulting sells hours and ends on delivery day. Your business does not: six
months later the tool describes a company that has already changed. Under Results as a Service there
is no closing date, because the job is for the result to hold and to keep adjusting as the
business changes.
Which technologies do you use?
Power BI for dashboards, data modelling and DAX measures; integrations with
ERP, point of sale and ecommerce; and custom development in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node,
Python, .NET, PostgreSQL and MySQL. We integrate more than twelve data sources: Excel, SQL Server,
Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SharePoint, Google Sheets, REST APIs and more.
How long until it is up and running?
Two to four weeks to the first result in production. We work with functioning
deliveries from the first week, not a single handover at the end of the project. After that the work
continues: the last phase of the process is the one that never closes.
Do you only work in the City of Buenos Aires?
We are based in Caballito, City of Buenos Aires, and we work with companies
across the city, the province of Buenos Aires and the rest of Argentina. Much of the work is remote,
so distance is not a limitation: discovery and training sessions happen in person or over video call,
whichever suits.
Is this for small companies or only for large ones?
Both. Some solutions pay off more in a single company and others across branch or
franchise networks. What decides the fit is not size but whether there is a concrete business
question without an answer today, or a manual process repeated every single day.
